HOW WILL YOU BE TRAVELLING?
- By plane to Marseille Marignane airport - then by car.
- By high speed train (TGV) to Avignon - then by car.
- By plane to Nîmes / Garons airport - then by car.
- By car from the A7 motorway, from either the North or the South.
1. By plane to Marseille Marignane airport - then by car.
Head for the A7 motorway which is approx 5km from the airport - follow the blue motorway signs towards Lyon and Avignon.
After approx 55kms, take exit 25 for Cavaillon. Head towards Cavaillon, but bypass it via the ring road, continually following
directions for Apt. Turn right onto the D2 towards Apt. Pass 2 roundabouts and take the first exit right at the 3rd roundabout, onto Route des Grands Jardins.
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit to the left. Follow the road up to Avenue du Moulin, then turn right and follow the road alongside the canal.
Pass the watermill and turn right onto the residence, immediately after the road bump. The journey should take approx 50 to 60 mins from the airport.
2. By train (TGV) to Avignon - then by car.
On leaving the station turn right on the roundabout taking the slip road onto the ringroad "Rocade Charles de Gaulle".
Go straight on over a series of roundabouts. After 5km turn right onto the N7 at the "Yes" Hotel. After approx 9km take
the D900 towards Apt. Continue 20km until you reach Coustellet. Once in Coustellet, turn right at the lights onto the D2 towards Cavaillon, via Robion for about 5kms.
Exiting Robion, after the AVIA petrol station, take the 3rd exit left at the roundabout, onto Route des Taillades. After 2kms, pass the watermill and turn right
onto the residence, immediately after the road bump.
This journey, through to Coustellet, is the easiest and quietest way to Taillades and should take approx 55 mins from the train station.
3. By plane to Nîmes / Garons airport - then by car.
On leaving the airport turn right at the roundabout and take the A54 Motorway towards Arles. Stay on the A54 and after 64kms, take the A7 Motorway signposted for "Cavaillon/Avignon/Lyon". After approx 25km take exit 25 for Cavaillon. Head towards Cavaillon, but bypass it via the ring road, continually following directions for Apt. Turn right onto the D2 towards Apt. Pass 2 roundabouts and take the first exit right at the 3rd roundabout, onto Route des Grands Jardins. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit to the left. 4. By car from the A7 motorway, from either the North or the South.
